I have install it, patch it and run it.

BTW: This use the same old patch as before and there was no trojan about it before. I'm using kaspersky and a friend use nod32 and both notice it report a trojan on patch.exe. So there is no trojan and you could disable your antivirus prior to uncompress, install latest version and run the patch from install directory. Just get rid of patch.exe after that and restart your protection.
